i am well and truly shattered, carried 2 fire check doors up the stairs, unloaded all the joinery and grafted hard today, i am aching all over which i expected anyway but the lower part of my back is throbbing a bit. first time ive been in london for quite a while, packed in like sardines coming home as usual.  :y :y
