Good read of an evening. :-/ ;D
-
Just imagine the lies in that!! ::) ::) ::)
Still if you need that book you should not be working on a Vulcan! :D :D :D :D :D :D ;) ;)
-
Would be interesting to know where the jacking points are, and just how to change the oil and air filters!!! ;D ;D
-
Mate of mine used to service these - sure he didn't use Haynes :-?
-
I'm not knocking your capabilities Kevin, but i would NOT fly in anything that's been stripped down & rebuilt to Haynes standards :(
-
I saw one of those in a shop up in the lakes the other week..
They had Thomas the tank engine and all sorts ;D

That manual, to do justice to a sophisticated, advanced, nuclear bomber (well for its day!), would have to be a
foot SIX foot thick, not just the tickness of a car manual!! ::) ::) ::)
Imagine the engine section alone; how to strip down an Olympus engine, port and starboard units! :D :D :D How many parts does one of those engines have? Oh, and imagine the turbo fan section! :D :D :D :D
This manual is obviously for the beginner in aeronautical engineering! :y :y

This is the one I'll be shopping for. :y :y
