Title: Mrs. Dundee's Panang curry.
Post by: Amigo on 27 June 2010, 00:17:16
The paste i ordered on ebay arrived today so i've had a go. Not bad for a first attempt, i'm sure you'd all eat it...Jimbob would...but some way to go yet.
I'm happy so far, work in progress. 8-)

Don't let that stop you. Other than lodger Steve i live happily alone. What with our differing work hours & own social lives i see little of him & he won't eat anything foriegn except spagbol, although he'll eat bucket fulls of my roast dinners, shepherds pies, stews, hotpots & creamy chicken pasta etc.
To sum up matey if you like to cook then get in the kitchen, pour yourself a large one, put a cd on & simply cook smaller amounts or practice side dishes ie Bombay potatoes...Yummy!! 8-) :y

.........indeed, or cook a full casserole or dish amount and then freeze down separate portions for later use ;) ;)
