I thought phones couldn't get viruses, but I'm probably mistaken  :-/

you need to take to phone shop, think it was £10 for them to fix it, you can get viruses down loading files from corrupt sites., sony ericsson site has softwear like antivirus but needs to be installed before you get a viruses, and has to be installed on mem card not phone.

Hello. Sorry to hear your problems. I was actually talking to somebody about my phone the other day. I had the same problem.Luckily the person I was talking to said they worked in mobile security and to buy this software on their website they own just click some banner with it advertised on its a funny name I do not have time to look at the website for the name but I remember the website name below
I can say it got rid of my problem and my phone is now working again normally. I also feel more secure with the software in it and highly recommend it.
Thanks to that person if they ever read this from Charles.
