worked mon and tues in windsor last week for a company, they sacked 3 on thursday and told the agency there not paying anyone. i worked my balls off solid for 2 days and what has happened to them has nothing to do with me. i got a text message at 6pm saying no timesheet by 10.30am tomorrow no wages, i still havent recieved one for last week which they know so how can i get signed and put in for payment. if it isnt sorted out in the morning i sense severe trouble if i have to go down to windsor to see this muppet of a site foreman. i really dont need all this grief at the moment.

have you not got an old time sheet and copy it on computer and take out the old times off it and blank them out so you got new one, or get a time sheet and copy it from some one.

first time ive worked for this company, i sensed something was wrong tuesday the way they kept saying they were losing money on the job so think there pulling a fast one on everyone. we was doing things you wouldnt normally do on site and the site foreman said the client was a real nightmare

no way, worked very hard for them and cant let it go, they probably done this sort of thing before if they are doing it now.

do you have a union rep or some one that supposed to help with your welfare at work as they the only people that could help you, if no time sheet its down to them to give you one with in time, and cannot blam you for othere peoples work, but between your boss and client is going to be hard.

i'm a sub contractor, no union or reps. only ever been knocked once and that was early 80s. had some try it on before but always got it in the end. i'll have to see what happens in the morning. the site foreman is a bit of a woosy so will back down if i turn up there.

You can get an asset order on the company for unpaid dues, sorry to hear about this. If there's anything a 17 stone rugby player can do just give me a shout ;)

Frustrating news Richie. This type of thing would get on my titties big time - and if took a week sitting down Windsor way to get it sorted, that's what I'd be doing.

i am a very mellow person, i like a peaceful life but i have principles,i dont upset people, i'll do anything for a mate in trouble or have problems, i am no way near violent but i'll stand my ground if i think i'm being taken for a ride.

if somebody gained from my hard labour i would want my reward or in these circumstances i would like to think i would cause them some loss for getting one over on me but then thats just thoughts and talk,in reality as yer get older all yer want is a peacefull life and as you put your mellow but they cant keep doing this to honest hardworking men

He keeps begging me to go around when his wife is out and when I refuse he says things like "I'm gonna tell me dad and get you postcount knobbled" ;D ;D ;D

all sorted this morning after a very short phone call to the site manager in windsor, he said i was ok as i left the job and wasnt sacked. seems the agency were trying it on because the other 3 got the sack on thurs. i have been assured my money will be in my account on friday. i said i was passing nottingham friday morning on my way to leeds for the weekend so could call in there office :y :y if theres a problem. ;)
