Got permission to take the kids out of school today, and took them to the Llangollen International Eisteddfod.
It is near us every year, but normally avoid it as its so busy,
but this year was a bit different....we had an Oofer on stage...Ljay! in a local charity group.
She did 3 performances, 2 on the S4C stage, and one combined performance with a few other local groups on the main pavillion stage!
Really enjoyed the day, so much to see and do, everyone seemed to be having a great time.
If you fancy seeing the last performance, its on the Eisteddfod website under the latest highlights.

unfortunately it doesn't show the best of what they did, or the presentation Terry Waite gave them in an earlier performance.
Absolutely knackered now, but on a real high :y

Well done LJ (and the 'Jimbobs')!

A brilliant event, at which several of the 'younger Sethsmates' have appeared/attended in the recent past.
;)
They've also appeared at the Urdd Genedlaethol Cymru too - that's the National Eisteddfod of Wales.
Both 'Mr & Mrs Sethsmate' attended this event in their youth, though they (we), weren't 'romantically connected' at this time you understand!
:D :D ;D ;D
Again, well done .......

I haven't been for many years but used to go yearly. I'm sure LJ did well and made you feel proud ;)
