Sorry to hear that Bertie  :(
I'm sure you can get away with the front discs for a bit until funds permit. Headlights could do with a good T-Cut. There's actually a guide for cleaning up the headlights, I'll find the link in a second. It's a cheap way to try and increase the light output.
Hopefully you can get it all sorted  :y

Spoke to wellung last night and he`s having a scout round the local breakers to see if there any migs being broken and Loo-knee`s on the case for the headlights as well...All i`ve gotta do is go round to euro car parts and get the track rod ends and then read the how to guide and have a go i reckon.... :o :o :o All a bit difficult though when you aint got a drive to work on... The in laws drive is too steep to be doing this kind of work on....

sorry to hear that mate, but at least they should be reasonably easy to fix -and without too much expense judging from the help on here. Good luck :y

I really would polish the headlighst yourself, its easy and will only cost a bit of elbow grease.

If you were closer I would do them for you.

If money is tight, get a set of seconds hand track rod ends (known good) to tide you over....you could fix this little lot for about 20 quid tops

To replace track rod ends is a sub 1 hour job if you have a splitter....and I dont even remove the road wheels now!
