Title: Any one shopped with either of the following.

Any body ever used either of the above.  Thinking of buyying a HD camcorder but dont have a credit card (So no extra insurance), seen some bad feed back on AVforums for simplyelectronics from a a couple of years ago, but same could be same with a lot of campanies.
