How is it that the slowest driver I know, a
unpopular member here, has just managed to pick up his 2nd lot of speeding points, despite only being about 15 years old :P

Slowest driver. AA doesn't exceed 45 MPH, as we well know. But ... 15 years old.... :-X
I'm struggling... ;D
But I do have a clean license. ;)

But a BMW motorcyclist would assume it was his road and he could do whatever speed he liked.

New driver, is that not a 6 month ban and retest??

New driver, is that not a 6 month ban and retest??
License is revoked not banned...and yes they need too take both parts of test again after 12 months.
