Title: Bits on the Bay.
Post by: Brikhead on 08 August 2010, 10:56:03
Is there an area of the Forum where I would be allowed to place a link to the items that I have for sale on E-bay?
Or does one still need 250 posts before this is allowed?
Cheers, Rich.

No and yes, in that order.

From the guidelines you have been referred to a few times previously...

Quote
Posting in For Sale sections

Absolutely no links to your Ebay auctions, or Ebay auction numbers, or links to other places where it is advertised.

No posting for sale items in the 'wrong' areas to get around the postcount limits.

Currently, need to be a Junior Member (over 50 posts) to advertise your car, and an Intermediate Member (over 250 posts) to advertise your parts.

To clarify what I quoted above, even when/if you do accrue 250 posts you may only advertise your parts for sale on here.

It does not allow you to link to e-bay or wherever from your 250 postcount birthday on....   ;)
