At the beginning of the week i order a new Netbook from Aria with 2 day delivery, anyway on Thursday my tracking still said "processing" so i rang them up, they said
"oh, sorry the 2 we had in stock are broken so we can't send you one"
so i cancelled my order and found another on Cresent Electronics, i paid extra for next day delivery and rang them up on Friday morning to make sure, they said
"yep, its coming today guaranteed!!!!"
so i waited in all day for it and no show!
Getting a bit annoyed now as two companys have my money (the first im waiting on for a refund) and im selling my PC on Sunday so ill be without a computer if no show today!!!!! :o

Ask them which courier company they have used and what the tracking number is. :y
(Edit: Saturday is not a 'Working Day' and this Monday is a Bank Holiday, so it may well be Tuesday before you see it.)

i asked them for a tracking number on Friday morning and they told me that they hadn't received it yet but i would get it on fri without fail!
just rang them today and they said only the sale's staff are in today so someone will contact me on Tuesday! its just getting stupid!!!

well i'll wait for them till tuesday then i'll set the wife on them! ;D she's have them refunding all the money AND getting a new netbook! 8-)
