Try ALDI, LIDL, or the 99p shops.....got a good one at LIDL, 2 yrs later haven't changed the battery yet, and even with my hands in oil a lot, still works fine.
BARGAIN!! will just buy another one when the battery dies.

But does it tell the right time?

Up to now, yes, amazingly.
BTW.......found a "Star Wars" watch in the 99p shop the other day, must go and buy it and send it to DLK, it is in the shape of Darth Vaders helmeted head!!
May the force..............................

I can't have a nice watch, within a week the face is scratched, and within a month it looks like its years old. One of the "benefits" of being an Engineer, I suppose. Oh, and most don't survive the oil and grease, either.
I tend to buy watches at £5 or less, and if they last a few months, great. If they don't, ho-hum, buy another one.
