Title: Ready for the next meet
Post by: Tony H on 06 September 2010, 22:15:34
After the rather damp departure from Newent just got the tent dry sleeping bags washed and all packed away ready for the next meet.   I was pleased to see that the weather got better the further north I got as Kevin wood was on a run to Glasgow from Newent in his Westfield, with a "ragtop" that he said wasn't 100% waterproof.

Yeah good luck to the Woods.

Next year will need;
Bigger tent
A large air bed that does not leak
A small air bed to lie on when fitting rear bushes, save some neck and shoulder ache ;D
Hardened 18 and 15 sockets, my 18 split.
Better quality baring puller, it's getting tired
Firewater
Port
Cheese and biscuits
Fry up stuff.

And caravan plug style extention lead that's water proof. :y
