Title: Yes, another one!

Little johnny goes to the bathroom in the early hours. As he passes his parents room, he sees the blankets going up & down. He says, "Daddy, what are you doing?"
"Playing Cards", says dad.
"Who with?", says little Johnny.
"Mummy", says daddy.
On his way back, he passes his Sisters room and sees her blankets going up & down.
"what you doing sis?", says Little Johnny.
"Playing Cards", says his Sister.
"Who with?", says Little Johnny.
"My Boyfriend", says his Sister.
So, Morning arrives, & Little Johnny's Father has been worried that the nights distractions may have cost him some sleep, so he goes to check on him.
As he walks into Little Johnny's bedroom he sees the blankets going up & down.
"What you doing Little Johnny?", says dad.
"Playing Cards", says Little Johnny.
"Who with?", says his dad.
"Just me", says Little Johnny, "When you've got a good hand, you don't need a Partner!"
