Title: 21st Century Policing

On Christmas Morning A Cop on a horse is waiting at traffic lights & next to him is a young kid on his shiney new bike.
"Did Santa bring you that shiney new bike for Christmas?" said the Cop.
"Yes Sir", said the boy, gazing upwards with pride & happiness filling his young face.
"Well tell Santa to fit some lights on that bike next Christmas!" says the Cop handing the young boy a £30 Fixed Penalty Ticket.
The kid takes the ticket but before riding off he asks the Cop "Did Santa bring you that beautiful big horse for Christmas?"
Humouring the kid, the Cop says smilingly, "Why yes he did!"
So the kid says, "Well tell Santa to put the Dick under the horse instead of on top of it next year!" And Whoosh!!!!.... he was gone! ;D
