It is a "IDLE CONTROL UNIT GASKET", hope this helps.

If needed would it not be simple to make your own?.... :-/
My local auto-factors, still sells gasket material as sheets: `various gauges of rubber-laminated or plain-paper....for less than a £1. per sheet. :y

How about this then – I’ll sell you a sheet of gasket paper for today’s knock down price of, er..., £30.  You can cut out 20 gaskets, sell em at £12.95 each and make over 200 quid profit.  Have we got a deal?   ;D
