Can't remeber the last time I had the joy of travelling on the bus!!!

Setting aside the nonsense about carbon trading and so on (later in the video), you're not the only one to benefit from bus lanes Richie;

I thought travelling in a 3.2 auto MV6 was expensive until I got a bus 5 miles into town (only do it when I'm planning on drinking heavily). ;)

Pretty darn good for us motorcyclists, too!!
I love bus lanes......................

I like the comment early in the video about one of the benefits being reduced traffic.... er of course it is, thats why the traffic is still nose-to-tail! And that's with thousands of people on the buses that would otherwise have driven!

Surely.... you are wealthy enough to travel by taxi Richie.... ::)....or hire a chauffeur driven limousine.... ;)

i was cursing them driving on way to mums, solid traffic and not a bus anywhere. but bus home, straight through ;D ;D ;D
-
I wish I had the option, its a mile to the nearest bus route,
and the last time I wanted one, it never came.

I used 2 bus lanes yesterday, 1 new one for straight ahead at some traffic lights, the other to save about 1/2 a mile.
EVERYONE uses them

My closest bus stop is 2 or 3 stops from the local town centre - about a mile & a half away - No 1 daughter tells me it's £2 As you say, it's cheaper to drive 20-ish to the gallon car than go by bus.

I love bus lanes, because even in the time that you can use them, there's never anyone in them except me ;D
I think that most drivers don't understand the times ::)

I drive on one going to work, it's a bus lane 0700 till 1900 Mon to Sat, there's rarely anyone in it - but me. The looks they give you as you drive by on their inside ::)
