Title: Wakefield waste services

My neighbour, an 83 year old lady, rang me up yesterday to ask if my paper recycling bin had been emptied. I said that it had. She can't get her wheelie bin to the end of the drive so the waste collectors go round the back and wheel it down themselves. They had obviously forgotton yesterday.
'I'll ring them up' she said. 'Good luck with that' I thought.

The bin men have just called and emptied it for her! I am truly impressed and will be firing off a letter. :y ;D
