one seller in particular! :o

The only 'classic' car I'd like would be a black Daimler DS420 limousine...totally impractical, but if there was a good condition one, at an acceptable price I'd have one. Alternatively a 1960's or 70's Mercedes would be interesting.
Or, what about a Panther DeVille? As used by Glenn Close in 101 and 102 Dalmatians, but again...not that old really. That's the problem with us young people, our idea of classics is not the same as everyone else's :D
-
I'd take the beautiful blue E Type.. or maybe the gold XJS for something a bit 'medallion'
Or even the green Triumph.
Or the Aston, but at £230,000 I fear it may be a little out of my price bracket - that's what my house cost! ;D ;D Suppose I could sleep in the Aston...
-
Some money there without a doubt but it looks like the collector loves money more than cars, all the typical models are there. Interesting though & i wonder why he's selling!!?

And the AFAIK the last British vehicle to have limousine on the log book, all these modern day pink things etc are 'stretched saloons'
I used to be taken back to school in one on occasion ..... 30 odd yrs ago ...... when my Dad brought them home from work :y :y :y A fantastic car as a passenger but for the driver they're not as good, the front seats are fixed.
-
It's the £45k Austin Healey mkIII BJ8 that would be my first purchase after 6 numbers ;)
-
a porsche 356 anyone??...a mere £63,000..nice car though :y
-
Damn you all to hell! I just spotted a good condition 260Z on eBay thanks to this thread.. :P ;D ;D
