Title: P.O.S kicking a dog

This one made my blood boil  A man giving a puppy a kicking for not walking on the lead.
Utterly disgusting  >:(

Is there not a law in this country that can ban people from owning animals?

Yes there is, but they have to go to court first and we then hope the judge will use that sanction! ;) ;)


Let us hope all that is about to transpire 8-) 8-)
