My six year old grandson is austic, and goes to a special school with one to one teaching 8-) 8-). If he ever was treated as this older lad was I would sue the arses off all those involved!! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

If i had'nt seen this i would'nt have believed it. That's flipping outrageous, how dare they?
Another "expert's" work????? SACK whoever is responsible with immediate effect...affect? Well you know! >:(

that is so disgusting to treat a child in such a way. it is the same old story, someone elses fault, the suppliers fault for following the instructions he was given that the council said they misunderstood.

Yes Richie it is always someone else's fault! But someone is directly responsible for this, and as Guy says they should be sacked immediately!! >:( >:( >:(

That would be the local and biggest secandary school up here where i am. they are total idiots and every decision they make is pulled out a hat (or their arse)
im sure their original answer before they demolished it was to put an xbox in the corner with a 120m long extension lead to the main building.

His parents raised money to help provide a suitable outdoor area, and this was what they got !!......words fail me. >:(

up here £499 gets you the door to that abomonation, the rest was spent on the "cage"

Won't happen. About the same time as elf and safety daftness came in so did no sacking culture. Especially prevalent in government circles.
-
That should never happen, the LA have a duty to provide suitable and safe educational environment, a cage is not appropriate, 'safe / secure (escape proof) area' yes, if assessed as needed, and that could be over acres of ground, but this......absolutely appalling...... >:( >:( >:(

what did the builder think he was building??? absolute idiocy and if they really tried to pass that off as a play area those who presented it as such should be gone.

sweet jesus :o

I more than agree BJ, aside from the obviously distressing element in this that is the thing which perhaps disturbs me more.
