Title: foreign prisoners to be sent home

cant see it myself, too many dogooders and human rights protesters will creat uproar over this. if they do i hope there families have to go back with them.

as for getting the prison population down from 85k to 3k. will never ever happen. unless they release all the nonces, rapists and murderers

Artical suggests they want to reduce population by 3k not too 3k  :y

well that wont be a problem if they start closing prisons down.

I bloody hope so. I don't see why we should keep them. Having said that, we keep everyone else >:( :(

i would be fairly confident that there is at least 3000 british prisoners in foreign prisons, which the relevant authorities would  be only too happy to return  :y

besides - we cant even let one foreign prisoner out without everyone going nuts......or does Al Megrahi not count?  ;D
