Yeah, I suppose, at least, you wouldn't have to be looking at it if you were in the driver's seat. ;)

There are much better looking coupés around for that sort of money IMHO.

Performance? Yeah, looks like it's got some. ;D Not sure where it'd ever be used, though. It'd be a bit radio rental for road use, IMHO, and for track use why would you want something that weighs the best part of 2 tonnes?

It's quite the 'wee beastie' but to be fair, this is 20 years later...and after all that time, it's only 0.85 of a second quicker in the dash from 0-60.

I know what you mean, but if you were a lottery millionaire etc then it's the sort of car you take out for a spin and hope that some italian car driver pulls up beside you and tries it on.  ::)

Precisely. And that's the only figure worth worrying about. Top speed might have improved substantially but, frankly, I wouldn't fancy Vmaxing a Lotus Carlton in most circumstances, let alone that thing. ;D
