Title: Which oil?

Just wondered which oil would be recomended for the V6? I favour a semi but others people say fully synth. Got to do an oil change and just interested what you all use. :-/

It depends how paranoid you are and how much you are prepared to pay. The v6 can get away with semi synthetic VX stuff which is good value for money. If you want to use top quality stuff then you should use the correct viscosity of a PAO or ester based HTHS oil. Ester is the best in my opinion.

Oh okay then my v6 only gets VX own brand semi synth. Always has and always will.
