Title: laptop problem

this has come up 3 times since last night??

generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Look in Event Viewer to find information.

Click Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer.

dont know what i'm lookin for but its crashed 8 times now with the same thing

try a system restore.

How long has it being doin it ? 
If it's recent then try a system restore to a previous date...MIGHT cure it.

i know, my eyes are so bad now, only have perfect vision at about 2ft, have to wear 2 types of glasses now. but i may go for that laser eye treatment next year if it gets any worse.
