Title: Auto trader
Post by: Andy B on 25 November 2010, 17:29:19
more & more these days it apears that sellers are trying to manipulate Auto Trader, presumably to get their advert noticed  :-/
If you want £2200 for your car then advertise it for £2200 & not £995 clicky (http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201047373685433/sort/priceasc/usedcars/maximum-age/up_to_7_years_old/model/corsa/make/vauxhall/page/1/postcode/bl81xw/radius/1500?logcode=p)  :-?  :-?  :-? A trend used to be frrom dealers advertising a car for eg £300, but is was £300 a month on finance, but it looks like Auto Trader have stoppped that now.
I've reported a few of them to customer services enquiries@autotrader.co.uk & they have replied back to say they've deleted them  :y  :y

you know it makes sense!  :y I wonder if you get any kind of rebate of your sale's fee when they delete your advert, considering you pay up front?  :-/
