Title: Debs. Dog Walk Pics.
Post by: Debs. on 28 November 2010, 13:27:22
It`s cold enough today so we`ve turned the fans off! ;D
......Visible in the background`twixt the centre-two windmills, is the bald summit of Mt. Snowdon.

The blind valley on the farm that we call 'Cwm Collie' (Sheepdog vale-head) because if the sheep go there; only the dogs can go fetch them (too steep for any vehicle).

The mountain behind is Voel Goch only a 'tiddler' with it`s summit at 831mtrs./2726 ft......picture taken in my garden pasture (503 mtrs. above sea level).

The sun has sent temperatures soaring today; it`s nearly upto -10 C. now! ;D

Stunning scenery Debs.  i always preferred hiking Snowdon and Tryffan in the snowy winter, you've either got the mountains to yourself or you have the odd one or two who actually know what they are doing.  Unfortunately I am only qualified Mountain Leader upto the snow line so I am not covered to take people with me into the white stuff

i have two re-constituted puppies here - Springers love the snow.

And then again, I've got another who's very frustrated and feeling a bit sorry for himself as he had a pacemaker fitted on Monday
