Yes, I know the feeling, I'm just over the M62 from you. My 60mile drive to work was fine, except the washer wouldn't work, and the stuff halfrauds sells freezes up at those temps, If only they would sell concentrated stuff so I can decide the mixture I want.

The lowest I've seen on my display is -4.5, but that was a week ago and it's been parked up since then as my usual workplace is only about 2 miles away.

I tried building an igloo earlier on, unfortunately after the snow has been lying for several days it still isn't compacted enough :(

Got my 35 tog sleeping bag with goretex bivvy so will be testing that under the stars and in the snow in minutes few!

despite of my tractor being snowed in she still starts on the button, im popping out every day & letting her run for 10 mins or so just to keep things moving (apart from the wheels) :(

much the same here too! had snow last night, but it didnt freeze onto the car and the wipers were all it took to shift, tho there were a couple of patches of black ice on my route to work at 5am but no bitterly cold feeling like the last few days

its rained here since 12, and now there's no snow at all :) i know i was moaning about not having snow earlier in the week, but to be honest, if other people aren't at risk of crashing into me, i'm happy!
