Title: few for the aviation people
Post by: tunnie on 04 December 2010, 21:28:55
As promised (if a little late) some more photos of the Air Ambulance that landed outside my flat, in a very small space! Some pilots struggle to land in a field, i thought this was quite an impressive bit of flying...

Did that bus just visible on the right left of the junction shot actually drive through as the helicopter landed?! :-/ :o

No it was parked, although it could have backed up if he chose to, no plod  around to tell him no too. They left all their cars & blood wagons on the Bridge and the bus could not get through.

I don't have any shots of it, but his second attempt to land, he was about 2 stories off the ground and cars were driving underneath  :o

Drivers in London won't give way to anything  >:(
