Title: semi serious weather request

Quite possibly needing to drive down to Notts tomorrow and, judging by the weather/roads info to hand at the moment, the east coast route is very much the preferred option, IE A1 and M1 mainly.

Anyone with an eyes on able to give a real time experience update, please, rather than rejigged bilge from the news networks??

Its all clear but F-ing cold.

A1(M) through Durham OK.... :y To be honest A19 is OK as well, it is the side roads and black ice that are causing the problems at the moment.... ::) ::)

A1 Newcastle Northwards not so good, but passable
