Humans are greedy by nature as we've seen if you have no accountability you foster no responsibility: bankers, MPs, MEPs, dictators, footballers the list goes on.

what should happen is every month the greediest MEP is taken out and shot - bet the claims wouldn't be as generous the next month and so on :y
