How do I obtain support for my PC Optical Drive
Pioneer Europe has withdrawn from the PC Components distribution business from end of July 2009 for strategic reasons. We are no longer able to respond to individual questions about products, functionality or defects. All after sales enquiries should be addressed to the dealer / distributor from which the component(s) were purchased.
I want to buy a BluRay burner and I see this rubbish from Pioneer, as I have used their DVD burners for ages this leaves me at a loss.
Where do I go from here?

Buy annother brand. :-X

Errr, avoid BR...
If you must have one, avoid Optiarc (Sony/NEC collab), Charlie Clubhammer fixed mine. Went back to just DVD drives.

To be honest, until Fony actually sort out the spec, I would hold on if possible.
Though the spec will never be stable, whilst Fony are a film distributer :-X

I have an LG reader that's given me no trouble at all.. but I can't vouch for their writers.

As long as I can burn a 2 layer I'll be happy, just need to update my editing software to handle HD.
A few more fobs repairs to sell first
