Title: Can we have a whip round?
Post by: Nickbat on 16 December 2010, 16:08:36
..for this poor unfortunate chap. I mean he only ran over a child whilst banned and left her to die under the wheels. He must be so traumatised that he was nearly deported. We must give him more help., surely?

just the same as the strict immigration laws in australia are being blamed for the deaths of the asylum seekers yesterday, not the fault of the parents who made there children risk there lives to go somewhere they are not wanted.

the annoying thing for me is also no remorse  and this brings back bad memories for me as a couple of years ago a 8 year old girl ran out in the road and i ran into her for nearly a week it was touch and go wether she would live  and i cried almost all the time and i couldnt live with myself even though i did nothing wrong  luckily the girl amy fully recovered  i went to the hospital everyday  now im very good friends with the family  my point is this animal just couldnt give a toss and to be honest i hope he dies a very slow and painful death >:( >:(

Am I the only one seeing a growing trend with this surname mentioned. I know any race is capable of this type of crime, but come on!!

There are too many immigrants around that are blatantly taking the piss with our laws and justice system.  >:( >:(

try telling that to the people who havent got them living next door to them, the ones who stick up for them, cant see them being a problem mugging and beating the old man who has lived there with his wife for 50 yrs becauses hes an x soldier. the same people who will move away if one moves next door to where they live and deny its because they dont want an immigrant living next door to them, the ones who say they are not rascist. the bullshite brigade.

He pleaded human rights as he has family here. Methinks his human rights are well spent, what about that poor girls family?
He's no longer under any threat in the north of his own country where he comes from.....exactly why are our troops making things safe out there? DISGUSTING. >:(

much as I think that the EU "human rights" has-and is still-been grossly misused by politically correct nutters and much as I detest the whole principle of having any of our laws made by Brussels in the  first place, I dont really think this case is anything to do about human rights. There seem to me 2 seperate issues here. 1)is or is not this bloke an illegal immigrant? Forget his heinous crime for a momment. Does he have a right to be in this country in the first place?2)the crime itself. The sentence  is bloody farcical and it wouldnt matter whatever  his age/sex/colour/religion /nationality was. Now, if he is legally entitled to be here then sentence him with a punishment to suit his crime. If he isnt legally entitled to be here, again, sentence him with a punishment to suit his crime and then deport him. Or is this too obvious?

It's about time this country grew some bollix, stopped being scared of upsetting the bleeding hearts (who should shut up & get real jobs) & send this evil specimen home. He has no place here & a criminal record (here) as long as your arm. I doubt he works or contributes in any way.
rather' sure if i lost my licence, went out & killed some poor girl i'd get more than 4 months bird. Even if he was still at risk in his own country send the **** back any way, he deserves what's coming to him whatever it is. >:(

Reminds me of the Lee hughes incident  when the barstead killed two people on the outskirts of Cov . He too ran away and hid away for days on end  (the coward he is ). But he was sentenced to 5 yrs  ( released early for good behavour )

So why hasnt this scumbag been put away ??????
