AOC is not a good make, its ok with the 2 year warranty but would say when that runs out you wll need a new tv, if you want a good tv ex-display wait till boxing day prob get one for same price but somthing brand named that will not cost alot to fix after warranty rus out, currys-Pcworld is having a sale on boxing day between 50-74% off, and there is a companys that do ex displays on net, seen some that are sets, blue ray tv with freesat or free view. so would wait till then have a good look round there are plenty of companys trying to get rid of stock in the next few weeks. 32inc is like standard now 46inc or 50+inc seen for £299 on ex displays.

i'd have a word with Richer Sounds, Sony or Samsung HDReady 32" for only slighty more - much better buy  :http://www.richersounds.com/products/home-cinema/lcd-and-plasma/lcd-tv

-
this one looks good and price is not to bad to http://www.richersounds.com/product/lcd-tv/samsung/le32b450/sams-le32b450 :y £229.95

-
Only 720p and ex-display to boot? You can do better considering the price, I reckon.

-
Sorry. I was comparing the £3 difference from ex-display to brand new.

Thats why I posted the 2 links.

Wasnt looking for other brands, just making comment on whether the ex-display was a bargain or not.
-
Ahh.. well in that case, I agree  ;D and apparently need to learn to read better ;)

-
They really are careless with their descriptions.  The first link has both 3xHDMI and 2xHDMI; one says 2x5W audio, the other 2x10W.  I would go to the manufacturer site for the real spec.

As for the price difference, it's peanuts.  They compare list price to claim a big reduction on the display one, but don't (obviously) tell you they sell brand new ones for a lot less.

 Buyer beware.

Our local Tescos had a 42" samsung plasma tv on at £399 -decent price?

-
Slightly off topic, but related, managed to pick up a samsung BD-C6500 blu ray player the other day for 129 quid, reduced from 220. Wi-fi connection can strema movies or whatever direct from internet to TV. ;) :)
