Title: B.T Openreach to the rescue.
Post by: Debs. on 26 December 2010, 15:26:32
Three technicians, a Unimog, some new telephone poles, several hours` work and Deb`s comms. are back in business. :y

'Ground-heave', the weight of catenary-ice and the extremely cold temps. had conspired to cause the collapses......nice to be back online; for, the Tv. alternative has been truly rubbish.  :'(

Wow, still got over-land lines there, Debs, rather than underground? You really are in the sticks, aren't you :)

Glad you're back online! I'd be going spare if I was stuck offline :)
