If it's similar to previous articles, it wont be 100% accurate, although. no doubt, an interesting read ::)

I must say, I'd prefer to pore over something from the top shelf myself. That reminds me, I can feel a thread coming on.

I have seen the article, i dont seem to recall the use of the timing gaue which makes me nervous!

It was in last months edition (April) and I thought covered it well.  They got the change interval correct, suggested changing the water pump and spoke about the locking kit and the need for new tensioners etc.

The vehicle concerned was a vectra and in the introduction for the article, they mentioned the Omega.

I subscribe to Car Mechanics and find it to be an excellent read.  The articles are generally accurate as well.

This edition also contained some notes about the 2.2 diesel Omega and the fuel filter plus leak off pipes - I think that I posted about this.
