We ban many spammers, annoying people, rule breakers, bad advice givers etc all the time.

If you continue to bring up each one, you can join em  :y  ;D ;D ;D

but in this case....'she' was using her 1st post to advertise, and as her IP was in Minsk, Belarus, I decided no more chances, edited her post and banned.

It was also significant that the post in question was from several months ago in the discussion forum.  It was clear that the contact was from googling a topic not of core interest to OOF.  Most friendly contributors are likely to join with an Omega-related issue.

Just my 0.02GBP's-worth.
