''Great news''   Passed first time again. I know that I will be in for a shock with this Omega one year but it always just sails through. I did not even bother going over it myself first this year just thought to hell with it take it in one month early gives me time to sort any faulty items. All OK though which considering
its now 8 years old including original Exhaust, Shocks, and all Steering and Suspension conponents shows how well they are built.

Well now back to trying to find thewater leak, plus 80000 mile cambelt & waterpump change.

Anybody in London area got V6 locking kit which they hire out for future reference.

Brian.

Brian.

Great news on the pass.

Now, I hope that your cambelt and tensioners have been changed prior to 80000 miles!  The interval is 40000 miles.  If you have not had it changed you are on borrowed time.  Of course, if you have changed it at 40K then please ignore the above and no offence intended.

It was changed by Vauxhall at 42000/4years so now due this summer its now completed just over 78000.

Pleased that the mot is over, i look upon the pass as an independent check of my work. Though there are some places that do hammer the older car i think most are reasonable.

Well done again. :y
