Title: A man goes to the doctors......

.....and says 'everytime i go for a dump, it comes out like mincemeat' the doc asks the guy to drop his pants and and has a look....the doc fiddles around for a minute then says 'there you go, all done!'....as the guy is getting dressed he asks 'so, what did you do?'.....doc replies 'i cut 3 inches off your string vest!'     :-?
