Title: Can't post pictures of my new omega..being banned!

According to the Yabb forum software I am a spammer for trying to post a thread with spam like content. Is this something many people have got caught out with? It's reasons like this  I migrated away from Yabb to SMF years ago. Help please!

I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to post images here. I can see you've done so successfully in the past.

What is the SMF software you refer to?

Where are you trying to host the images (you need to upload them somewhere then post a link here)?

At what point do you get told you can't post images?

Ahh, reading again did you mean the SMF Forum software? So, the problem is with another forum that runs SMF?  :-/

I've used yabb a lot and never had this.

Basically, I have a thread, with a few photobucket photos (have tried as clickable thumbnails and full size images) and it is as normal a thread as you could ever imagine.. why I got the car, whats wrong with it, what Im going to do with it etc.. it was previewing fine, until it suddenly said..

" One of form fields contains text which is considered SPAM, you are warned!
You are only allowed 2 more attempt(s) after which you will be banned as spammer! "

Then it kicks me from the site for 300 seconds!

I built http://www.mk2cav.com/ and it used to be built on Yabb - sorry that bit sounded confusing! Thanks for the replies so far as I'd love to post the thread its stuck in my clipboard at present!

I've had that today as well - tried to pm three people at the same time and msg was removed because I'm a spammer apparently.

I've never been able to PM multiple recipients either. ;)

There is a spam filter in place - its not a hard and fast setup, but based on a likelyhood scoring system.  We don't just set it to catch the onlince Viagra sellers...

Whilst we do tweak it from time to time, it hasn't been touched since the summer.

Me neither... Only managed a to, cc, and bcc at any one time
