We often hear bad stories about Main Dealers. :(
I would like to say Thank You to John who works for Sherwoods Vauxhall Dealership in Darlington.
He sorted out my radio today while I waited, Radio out, re-coded and re-fitted and set up in less that 40 minutes, and for less cost than had been suggested by an auto electric company...... :y
His friendly and positive attitude to customer service was second to none, thanks John...... :y :y :y

The irony is that the same company have a Vx garage within spitting distance of my office in Stockton, but they can not do it, so had to pop along to Darlington, same company, much better attitude.... :y

I suppose by law of averages there must be some good ones out there.... Somewhere :-/
