Well i went to the local NHS walk in centre yesterday and foundout that i`m suffering from Bursitis....
Hip bursitis is a common problem that causes pain over the outside of the upper thigh. A bursa is a fluid filled sac that allows smooth motion between two uneven surfaces. For example, in the hip, a bursa rests between the bony prominence over the outside of the hip (the greater trochanter) and the firm tendon that passed over this bone. When the bursal sac becomes inflamed, each time the tendon has to move over the bone, pain results. Because patients with hip bursitis move this tendon with each step, hip bursitis symptoms can be quite painful.
So now i have to suffer it till i get a doctors appointment and then hopefully get reffered for physiotherapy...... :( :(

Oh heck mate, that is not good news. Mrs Tonka suffers from it in both hips. She has had physio, pain killers, anti-inflammatories and cortisone injections. Only the cortisone injection gives her any (mild) relief and thats only for a short period which is for about three weeks.
I hope you get it sorted quickly. If you find a cure PLEASE let me know mate :y :y
