takes some doing that does, how on earth could you do that in a month? I clocked up £150 one month last year. But thats because I used it in Japan, luckily its a company phone and I don't pay the bill  ;D

This post reminded me of something I need to chase.
I was overcharged by £195 by TalkTalk in November/December (paid by D/D, so didn't notice until January). They admitted the mistake two weeks ago, but no sign of any refund.  ::) ::)

They will probably give you a running credit to come off future bills knowing Vodaphone! ::) ::) ::)  Obviously Nick you will discourage them from that! :P :P :D :D :D ;)

That's more than both me and the missus use in a year.

I can't believe it, I wouldn't use that much if I were on pay as you go. £660 worth of calls of one contract, £77 worth of calls on my other contract it's pathetic.

HAve you made a lot of 0845 calls (i don't mean dodgy chat lines), to your bank or DVLA as these can bump up your bill a lot. I'm never off my phone as i use it for business but i can guess my bill to within a few pounds. Except for the bank calls or text alerts when my team gets stuffed ;D ;D

No 0845 calls what so ever, other than this morning to the bank to cancel a direct debit. So next months will be right up there now as well more than likely  >:(

Does seem excessive we have six phones at work not including my business line and the monthly bill combined is less than that and those phones do get hammered.

Have you checked the bill :-/

Having just been overcharged for a ghost call by my BB & phone provider, I would be going throught those invoiced calls very carefully Del. :y

If you are on contract how minutes do they give you,you must have gone some to rack up that size bill

Nope my sons bill was £35 as it always is, he's a good lad who never goes over, my eldest boy never used to go over either. They've both been lecturing me  :-[

Might be able to argue out about credit limits if you have one, although may not be worth it
