Already done half the house over the past week or two, so time to get on and do the rest today, pending a for sale sign going up sometime towards the end of next month...................   ::)

a) I like magnolia

c) No time
d) No firm plans to move

Excellent. You can come and do ours when you have finished. Just the outside. White please. I'll buy the 75 Kg of paint you will need and have two scaffold towers. April will be the best time. After that you have to wear sunglasses because of the glare.

You will have to pick the pace up a bit though
;D ;D

I hate decorating. ESP bathrooms... Tiling, big crash in the nights, big tile fell off the top of the window reveal. It had been up 3 days. :-?    2 of which it was supported.  Arse!   >:(

I'm sure he said he's selling it Lizzie. :D

Decorating can be therapeutic if you happen to want to do it and can afford it.  I hope you enjoy it Hotel21.

Yes he is, but any women worth here weight would still imput on the colour scheme to a) to sell the property and b) to ensure you could still with live with it whilst the property is awaiting sell, if it ever does!! ::) ::) :D :D :D :D ;)

Not painting it wode, thats a tad too intense for a discerning house buyer.    ;)

Neutral Mongolia/Calico/Fresh White and the like.

It hides the dirt/dust/fine cracks and makes it easier for folks to visualise themselves living in.  Colour comes from the fancy geegaws and doodahs that Mrs H21 has an overabundance of.....   ;D

Ach well.  Beer over, time to get back to it....   :'(

There's only one colour scheme for selling a property..

Magnolia.

Everywhere.

;)

Though maybe not quite as 'everywhere' as the previous owners here did - they rollered white emulsion over the walls, ceilings, doors, light switches, electrical sockets (one ended up with the outline of whatever was still plugged in at the time!), light fittings, radiators... I'm still surprised they stopped at the skirting boards and didn't do the floors as well!
