Title: Adverts
Post by: Mysteryman on 09 February 2011, 20:09:55
There are a couple of adverts that are getting right up my nose.
That rather stupid bird trying to sing 'Twinkle, twinkle' on the nissan juke, and the equally stupid bird trying to sing 'Somebody to love' on confused.com.
They're on every five minutes >:(

besides who watches adverts? press pause on the remote. Go make / eat dinner ect, come back press play, fast forward adverts, i just record everything and watch it a day behind, no adverts!

This can cause problems when you've had a few too many drinks, and your screaming at the TV wondering why the sodding remote won't fast forward the adverts.

You then realise its live and not delay  ::)  ;D

Blimmy ST, you ought to send your remote back to the manufacture, claiming you'll take them to the Trades Description, for not including the 'Channel Change, Off and Mute' button on yours.  The damn cheek to say its fully operational   :D ::)  ;D  ;D

Live my life a day behind? Hmm......what if I die before I get to see the final episode?

Must say I was made up when I heard the new Virgin advert...
to the Starman theme, a cracking tune, for a cracking, but underrated film, would love to know how many other people knew the tune straight off  :-/

You watch adverts?

What are they like?

Just checked none on loads of channels

None of Top Gear

None on the decent dramas (eg Hustle)

There is one very good ad that has done the rounds recently by Aviva.
