Whoever was responsible are Total Muppets!, didn't the blokes sent to put down the markings have the savvy to question their instructions? :o
Mind you, they're no better here! During the run up to the Tall Ships Race last year some idiot painted double yellow lines over a dead hedgehog! ::) What IS this Country coming to? ;D

:o it's not worth the grief to argue with daft instructions,i was once told to put a new front door on a terraced house ,unlocked the old front door, went in and found no roof ,floors,internal walls etc ,told the foreman who said"it's on the F*****g ticket, so do it" so i did,only for the house to be demolished a bit later! :o
