Title: On a happier OOF note...
Post by: Amigo on 10 February 2011, 16:51:12
Andy B (Beanz) knowing i have a Mk1 Cortina found & sent me F.O.C. a really old handbook from the early 60's. It's been knocked about a bit, no monetry value but being a hoarder of old stuff in general i adore it. I met Andy & Annette through OOF & over the years they have become valued friends, simply decent honest people who think of others.
After some of the recent thoughts on the forum i thought this might be a breath of fresh air. Cheers Andy. :y

Well Done AndyB :y, but Guy, i'll bet he'd be the 1st to agree that it is no more than to be expected from the 'real' OOF Community? :y

Indeed, there are a lot of people on here who want to help OOF's in the real world away from the strange virtual one! ;) ;)

Reminds me, an old bloke gave me a big box of manuals, haynes etc for some obscure cars ...workshop manual for a Rover 90, Austin 7 etc etc . Think I will put a list up and see if anyone wants any !!!

Carlton Haynes in there somewhere I think too
