This has been suggested and I have three listed so far

Anyone who is willing can PM we some basic contact details and I will keep them safe just in case a member needs to contact another member.

Real Name
Email
Phone
Why contact - eg emergencies
Who contact - eg admin, anyone

It will be safe and info. only given out if deemed important.

I will not get stupid with the info. and will keep it private

This would be used for such purposes as

1) Disappearing members
2) Wanted items being available with limited time
3) Any form of emergency

It will not be used for general emailing, and will not leave my PC except if I am on holiday and I will pass it to another trusted non admin member as we want to avoid any Data Protection Act issues with the forum.

I am pretty trustworthy

This needs to be a sticky, or it will diappear without trace.
