Post by: raywilb on 14 March 2011, 18:24:40
have been getting bills from vodafone although iv,e not been with them since the newyear, & i,m unable to access my online a/c as i no longer have an a/c. last week i recieved an email which stated if i dont pay monies owed i risk the credit rating crap. last week i requested the two bills to be sent to me so i could sort them. i recieved them today. the both read £0.00. :-?

i had this several years ago, 7 months worth of bills and threats for an account i cancelled ligitimately

you have to get on at them and tell them to remove your details off their systems or you'll go above to the powers that be

Indeed Danny.  I personally would visit one of their branches and get them to deal with their accounts dept., whilst you stand there.  I have done that before ;) ;)

several of the mobile suppliers have similar crap systems. I started an Orange contract, but cancelled within the cooling off period, using their contact system. They are now saying they don't have any record of this.  :P
