look to be some good bits if your in the market :y
-
Bought a load of that stuff last time it was on offer and it has proved OK. :y
The filter/regulator is a bit pants, IMHO. Very effective at filling your garage with a finely atomised mist of light oil, but not much else. ;D
Having said that, it's probably almost worth having for the hoses that come with it.

they did :D

Is a 2.5hp/24L compressor really big enough to run air tools (impact wrench etc)? It certainly seems a bit small for spraying, to me..
Then again it is cheap.
-
yes its a bit small, but should be able to cope (decent hose may be needed) as the specs of that compressor and tools do match.
ive had very little success with 'big' tools with my similar compressor, but should be ok for light use, with decent hose.

As Chester* has more Rolls Royce per capita I doubt many residents would know what a compressor was if it fell on their head! ;D ;D ;D ;D
*it's actually Cheshire that has more RR per capita ;) ...... but Chester suited my argument better ;D

Damnit Jimbob, you cost me a fortune man! ;D
Just got back from my local Aldi (didn't even know I had one!) and managed to come away with:
Compressor
Regulator
Impact wrench
Reversible wrench
Air cut off tool
Air shears
Media blaster
And a low energy light worklamp
Well.. that's the new garage kitted out with air tools, I suppose! :y
(For anyone wanting one from Bracknell - I think I bought the last one, sorry! Lots of the air tools left, though)

Sorry ;D ;D ;D
So you should be! ;D
(I still need to get the garage built to put them in, sadly!)

CUt off, air paint stripper will be found on Wednesday

Guess where I'm going in the morning. I already have the hose real, couple of years now, slight issue with the thread to pump connector, but that might be the pumps fault. Very good value though ime.
Think my pump is a tidly 18 litre, so might upgrade.
Thanks for heads up.

I could do with the air shears and the cut off tool but, not got an Aldi close :'(
